This website is operated by PawpStarz Pet Portraits. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PawpStarz Pet Portraits. By visiting our site, purchasing a product, or submitting information for a custom order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

PawpStarz Pet Portraits offers custom and made-to-order products, including digital portraits, posters, canvas portraits, framed portraits, home goods, and custom knit sweaters.

Product images and mockups are intended to represent the final style and product presentation. Because each item is custom-created and screens may display colors differently, minor differences in color, placement, cropping, texture, or appearance may occur.

CUSTOM PORTRAIT ORDERS

After checkout, we will email you to collect your pet photo and any additional portrait details needed to begin your order.

You are responsible for providing clear, usable photos and accurate instructions. Your portrait timeline begins once usable photos and required details are received.

If we have not received your pet photos within 7 days after purchase, we may send a reminder.

PROOFS AND APPROVAL

For custom portrait products, we typically provide a first proof within 2 business days after receiving usable pet photos and portrait details.

Physical portrait products will not enter production until you approve the portrait proof.

We are committed to your satisfaction. Minor adjustments are included to help get your custom portrait right. Major restyling, entirely new concepts, significant changes from the original request, or revisions based on new photos may require an additional fee.

Once you approve a proof for physical production, further design changes may not be possible.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By submitting pet photos, names, instructions, text, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that content for the creation of your order.

You grant PawpStarz Pet Portraits permission to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

Completed portraits may be shared on our website, social media, or promotional materials unless you request that your portrait remain private.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product prices, discontinue products, or modify available product options at any time before an order is placed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical product production and shipping timelines vary by product.

Portraits and home goods typically ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Custom knit sweaters typically require approximately 2 weeks for custom knitting before shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, production delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are custom-made or made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before portrait work begins. Once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Digital custom portraits are non-refundable once portrait work begins.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawpstarzshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, designs, logos, branding, site imagery, collection concepts, graphics, copy, and other creative content produced by PawpStarz Pet Portraits remain the property of PawpStarz Pet Portraits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant commercial reproduction rights.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, alter for commercial use, or use PawpStarz Pet Portraits artwork, designs, logos, mockups, site imagery, or collection concepts without written permission.

PERSONAL USE

Custom artwork and products purchased from PawpStarz Pet Portraits are intended for personal use unless commercial use permission is separately granted in writing.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website, products, artwork, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized commercial purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawpStarz Pet Portraits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, purchase of products, shipping delays, or use of completed artwork.

Our liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.

PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.
