PawpStarz Pet Portraits offers custom and made-to-order pet portrait products, including digital portraits, posters, canvas portraits, framed portraits, home goods, and custom knit sweaters.

CUSTOM ARTWORK AND PRODUCT IMAGES

Each PawpStarz Pet Portraits product is custom-created or made to order. Product mockups, lifestyle images, and display photographs are intended to show the style and presentation of available products.

Because each portrait is created from customer-provided photos and because screens may display colors differently, final artwork and physical products may contain minor variations in color, cropping, placement, material appearance, texture, or framing presentation.

REAL FRAME OPTIONS

Where listed as an available product option, framed portraits are offered as real physical framed products, including available gold frame options. Product availability, sizes, frame finishes, and pricing are shown on the applicable product page.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOS AND CONTENT

Customers must have the right to submit any pet photos, names, wording, or other materials provided for use in a custom order.

Submitted content is used to design, produce, fulfill, and support the customer’s order in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, logos, branding, website imagery, product presentation, collection concepts, graphics, written content, and creative designs produced by PawpStarz Pet Portraits are protected intellectual property.

Purchase of a custom portrait or product grants the customer ownership of the purchased physical item or delivered personal-use digital file only. Purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission for commercial reproduction, resale, copying, redistribution, or commercial use of the artwork or design.

PawpStarz Pet Portraits artwork, mockups, product imagery, collection concepts, logos, and branding may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL USE

Completed portraits may be shared on the PawpStarz Pet Portraits website, social media, or promotional materials unless the customer requests privacy.

Customers may request that their portrait not be shared by contacting pawpstarzshop@gmail.com.
