RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PawpStarz Pet Portraits, every product is custom-made or made to order especially for you and your pet.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before portrait work begins. Once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

DIGITAL PORTRAITS

Because digital portraits are custom-created, digital orders are non-refundable once portrait work begins.

CUSTOM PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Custom posters, canvases, framed portraits, home goods, and custom knit sweaters are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

YOUR HAPPINESS MATTERS

We want you to love your portrait. Minor adjustments are included to help get your custom artwork right. Major restyling, new concepts, or changes outside the original request may require an additional fee.

For physical portrait products, your item will not enter production until you approve your portrait proof.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawpstarzshop@gmail.com.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or other reasonable remedy.
